    About the roles

    Head of Marketing — full description

    We’re looking for a talented head of marketing to help us continue to rapidly scale 4Degrees. Your core objective will be to develop, implement and refine our demand generation strategy across channels — with the goal of rapidly growing qualified lead volume to scale the business. To do this, you’ll be building our lead generation playbook from scratch — experimenting with and assessing growth channels for top-of-funnel volume and conversions, and working to scale the successful ones. You’ll also help us grow our public presence through the creation and execution of content marketing strategies that help prospects understand the benefits of working with us.

    Sales Development Representative — full description

    We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial sales development representative to help us continue to rapidly scale 4Degrees. Your core objective will be to connect and nurture prospects in our target industries, and transition that engagement into sales conversations and demos. As the first SDR, you’ll be building and executing our sales development playbook from scratch alongside our CEO. You’ll be researching target prospects, engaging them across multiple channels (email, social media, phone), testing and iterating on messaging and timing, and helping to scale the ones that generate the best results.

    Mobile Engineer — full description

    We’re looking for an experienced mobile engineer to help build the 4Degrees app across a variety of platforms. You’ll develop and use a versatile set of skills: use React Native to improve our native mobile app, use Javascript to improve our Chrome extension and Outlook add-in experiences, and coordinate with the back-end and data layers.

    Implementation Engineer — full description

    We’re looking for an experienced back-end / data engineer to help build the core 4Degrees platform. You’ll develop and use a versatile set of skills: customer interaction to understand implementation requirements, data mapping and architecture to transition customers to our platform, and solid Python skills to perform uploads and productize implementation tools.
